Arpitha is an eminent Yoga therapist vouched by a lot of clients. She specialises in traditional yoga and women's health.

She started her yoga practice when she was just 10 years of age and developed keen interest in it at the very beginning. She trained with many gurus to get an in depth knowledge and improve her skills. She went on to win many state, national and international level competitions in Yogasana and artistic yoga.

She started her training career in 2013 in a high school and since then there has been no looking back. She has trained practitioners in many corporates like zee kannada, conduent business solutions, navarathna jewellers etc.

In 2018 things changed for her as she started training Doctors at Narayana Health as a start and then went on to provide yoga therapy to patients ts at NH.

She has provided Therapeutic services to over 1200 patients and the count goes on.

Thank you for being part of my pregnancy journey

I want to thank Arpitha for making almost pain free pregnancy journey. I am blessed with baby girl last week and it's normal delivery. I started practicing yoga from 5th month onwards based on doctor advice. Classes were very easy to understand. It helped me a lot to relax and to prepare my body for labour. Breathing exercises helped to go through contractions and labour pain

Helped with my back pain

I started yoga during my 2nd trimester. I had issues like leg cramp, back pain. After practising Janani yoga my issues were greatly reduced. Also, the timely suggestions provided by Arpitha was really useful in doing the yoga the proper way.

Reduced Sacroiliac pain without pain killers and helped with normal labor!

During my pregnancy I was suffering from sacroiliac pain. Rheumatologist prescribed me a pain killer. Arpitha made me feel comfortable and taught me very patiently. She enquired how I’m doing and encouraged me to practice it daily. I didn’t take pain killer. I just practiced yoga you taught me. It really helped. I’m blessed with a baby girl. Thanking God for the safe and normal delivery!

Indigestion, Heart burn and back and leg pain completely reduced!

I registered for 3rd trimester as I had lot of issues like leg cramp, heart burn and major my issue was indigestion. Nw after practicing Janani program , heart burn and indigestion reduced very much. Leg cramps have gone away completely and back pain is reduced now am managing everything on my own without any help! they are available to clear doubts at all times! Highly recommend Janani program!

Helped me with back pain and breathing problems.

I came to know this kadubi yoga program through social media platform, I started practicing from my 5th month to reducing back pain and to be active. The way of teaching is so easy to understand mainly the breathing technique which helps me a lot to overcome my breathing problems. Helped me reduce back pain. Would surely recommend this pregnancy courses if u r pregnant

Helped with Back pain and Pelvic floor exercises helped me deliver normally

Yoga was the best choice i made during my Pregnancy. It helped me a lot with back pain and made by pelvic floor muscles stronger. Helped with gestational Diabetes

Hi .. I have taken Janani course from Arpitha mam, referred by Dr.Lavanya kiran. I started doing yoga from my 5th month of pregnancy it’s very refreshing n doing wonders. Changes wt I felt was first thing my weight .. I was worried abt my weight bt after doing yoga , my weight gain came to control n I had lil bit of gestational diabetes, by doing regular yoga my sugar level has been reduced ..

Reduced hip bone pain during pregnancy!

I started practicing yoga from my 5th month of pregnancy on advice of my doctor for reducing hip bone pain. These sessions have really helped me relax and have a stress free pregnancy. The classes were well spaced and easy to understand. Would highly recommend!

I started Janani course in the 5th month of pregnancy after the advice of my doctor for reducing hip bone pain. These sessions have really helped me relax and have a stress free pregnancy. The classes are well spaced and easy to understand. The hip bone and tail bone pain during my pregnancy have completely vanished after doing this program

Helped control sugar levels and weight during pregnancy

Hi, this is Deeksha, I joined this program to control sugar levels in my body and to control my weight during my pregnancy. It helped me a lot for sugar levels and also for normal delivery.
