I started yoga during my 2nd trimester. I had issues like leg cramp, back pain. After practising Janani yoga my issues were greatly reduced. Also, the timely suggestions provided by Arpitha was really useful in doing the yoga the proper way.
During my pregnancy I was suffering from sacroiliac pain. Rheumatologist prescribed me a pain killer. Arpitha made me feel comfortable and taught me very patiently. She enquired how I’m doing and encouraged me to practice it daily. I didn’t take pain killer. I just practiced yoga you taught me. It really helped. I’m blessed with a baby girl. Thanking God for the safe and normal delivery!
I registered for 3rd trimester as I had lot of issues like leg cramp, heart burn and major my issue was indigestion. Nw after practicing Janani program , heart burn and indigestion reduced very much. Leg cramps have gone away completely and back pain is reduced now am managing everything on my own without any help! they are available to clear doubts at all times! Highly recommend Janani program!
I came to know this kadubi yoga program through social media platform, I started practicing from my 5th month to reducing back pain and to be active. The way of teaching is so easy to understand mainly the breathing technique which helps me a lot to overcome my breathing problems. Helped me reduce back pain.

Yoga was the best choice i made during my Pregnancy. It helped me a lot with back pain and made by pelvic floor muscles stronger. Hi .. I have taken Janani course from Arpitha mam, referred by Dr.Lavanya kiran. I started doing yoga from my 5th month of pregnancy it’s very refreshing n doing wonders.
Changes wt I felt was first thing my weight .. I was worried abt my weight bt after doing yoga , my weight gain came to control n I had lil bit of gestational diabetes, by doing regular yoga my sugar level has been reduced ..

Hi, this is Deeksha, I joined this program to control sugar levels in my body and to control my weight during my pregnancy. It helped me a lot for sugar levels and also for normal delivery. During the 2nd trimester i enrolled into the program. It is a step by step and well designed course. Modifications are shown for beginners as well . I feel energised throughout the day after the 40 minutes of yoga in the morning.
